Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy: Registration is confirmed only after the first payment is made. All payments must be completed according to your chosen payment plan. If a payment is missed, your reservation may be subject to cancellation unless prior arrangements are made with the event team. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Refund Eligibility: If you need to cancel your ticket, you must notify us at least one week (7 days) before the event date to receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund. Processing of Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving a cancellation request. A small processing fee may apply for refunds. No Refunds for Last-Minute Changes: Refunds will not be provided for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or changes of mind made within 7 days of the event.
